How will it sound if a little girl at a shop, gets this reply by the cashier – “I am sorry honey; you’re short of a dollar. One ‘smile’ is $5.
Or if your toddler comes and tells you – “Mom I lost a ‘dream’. Can you please buy me a new one?”
Or if your spouse reminds you – “Sweetheart, don’t forget to pick some ‘love’ today from the supermarket. We are out of stock.
Or you happen to read this advertisement – Sale! Sale! Sale! Buy 2 ‘hopes’ and get one free!
You’re probably thinking – “What in the world is she talking about??”, “that’s weird!” or “that sounds totally crazy!”
That’s because it IS crazy to even think what would happen if ‘everything’ came with a price tag. Shouldn’t we all be thankful that some of the best things in life are totally free? What more? They will continue to be so, forever 🙂
Stop once in a while; take some time out to realize, appreciate and grab these fantastic and free things – love, smile, happiness, dreams, hope, hugs, kisses, friends, family, little joys, happy memories, laughter.
I started my day with smiles and friends today. How about you? And I am going to keep filling my bag with lots and lots of them – won’t you too?
Have a happy Friday everyone! And a happy weekend 🙂
